COMING SOON: The Grand WebComics.cc Reopening! Really! Next Wednesday!
After taking some time off and contemplating what WebComics.cc needs to be and how it needs to look, WebComics.cc will be officially restarting next Wednesday!
From now on, here’s what our schedule will look like:
Each Wednesday will be WebComic Wednesday: we will post a list of what webcomics were updated in the past week. We figured (with apologies to whoever invented “#webcomicwedneday” on Twitter) that new comic day is Wednesday in the comic book industry, it’s a good middle of the week day for us to publish our list. If we could think of a better day to do it on, we’d do it on that day . . . Wednesday just made sense on a couple different levels.
Each Sunday will be Spotlight Sunday. On Sundays, we will be taking the time to focus on one of the comics we have in our WebComic Wednesday list or our other lists of webcomics that may not be updating every week but have a good story.
We’d like your input, though! The goal of WebComics.cc is to promote all ages/family friendly/quality webcomics, because we believe readers want to see it and we know that creators want it to be seen. If you have an idea, please feel free to contact us or leave a comment in our comments section!
Also, if you have a webcomic that you are creating or that you really enjoy, please let us know and we’ll review it to see if it fits our criteria.
