Webcomic Wednesday: Doodze – a tiny epic
What is Doodze? Good question. It kind of defies description. It’s part epic fantasy . . . part simplistic cartoon . . . the creator calls it “Smurfs meets Lord of the Rings”, which is a fair estimation . . . I’m also reminded of Bone . . . and Beanworld.
Smurfs? Bone? Lord of the Rings? Beanworld? These are accurate descriptions, but they aren’t enough. Mash them all together, and you can imagination what Dooze might be like, but it’s really just something you need to read for yourself. Bone may be the closest description, but the “Smurfs meets Lord of the Rings” has a “ring of truth” as well.
So if you like big fantasy with light humor and some deep truths, you should enjoy Doodze. We at WebComics.CC highly recommend it. There are seven chapters right now, and the current chapter has some interesting turns . . .
